Login problem

I was playing the game about 5 minutes ago and logged out to try something. When I try to login again (Windows client) the system keeps telling me my password is wrong. Please help.

You may using caps key?
try again with an other client if that continue to dont work, maybe..

Thank you for your response. I've checked to make sure I did not have Caps on. Is there another Windows client I can download? All my computers runs Windows.

Which windows version you use? XP or Win7?

Downloaded and installed, but same problem as the other client.

I'm sure this is a client issue - the system did not recognize my password, almost as if it has been changed.

Are you sure nobody hacked your account and changed password?

Have you choose a complicated password? (DONT SAY password)

really are you the owner of the account or a hacker who want to get a password ? because at thoes moment a lot of hackers try to get the password of players

Make sure the account name has the correct capitalization too. THe server is a bit weird with this. If "AbcD" is the only account name like that, then any capitalization will work (ie "abcd"), but when "ABcD" is registered, then you need to use the correct capitalization for both accounts.

I had 'remember user name' checked so it wasn't because of a wrong user name.
