No. In code exist this comment:

I simple show id and job.
would be interesting to see what happens if we did show them. I wonder if they move, or have any type of pattern to them...
Maybe eA is becoming self aware... the phrase "Ghosts in the machine" from the movie iRobot comes to mind.

We use job 0 for NPCs that don't need to be known by the client.

This patch should be compatible with Fedora. I can't get it because I use Fedora 12 Constantine. I use Ubuntu sometimes but hardly so I would appreciate it if I could run this in Fedora.

Compile it yourself.

Right, I've read through all of this. Now I want to add the patch to my Windows copy of tmw. Both were downloaded within the past hour. And yes, I've read through the whole thread.
Could someone explain how to patch this, in layman's terms?

No. It's very technical, requiring you to compile the client yourself. Easier to just use the pre-made binaries 4144 has.

What I've managed to do is just extract the latest tmw client, and then extract the windows patch and replace the files from the tmw folder. Seems to work. Computer hasn't exploded yet.

Then 4144 has made a precompiled patch for use, instead of just the source patch.
