Everyone in the party gets the icon and it's visible to anyone (not only party members) who has badges display enabled.

My apologies sir, I found out that it didn't have a compatible license and I looked for a different one with a license that I think is compatible, please correct me if I'm wrong, here's the picture with the license and link.

I tried making an animated badge as well. I couldn’t find where the badges are saved, so I basically copied everything from Ledmitz :/.

You should be able to find that at the location where you found the icon.

If however you made the icon yourself, you can ofcourse choose the license yourself. You will need a free license.
