Yes, n00bs can do that stuff, and there is NO set level requirement for a n00b, n00bs can come in any level or armour, even though they are usually low leveled and wearing something similar to my n00b duplicate.

1: Spinning isn't n00by, it requires the 4144 patch, and most n00bs have the original TMW.
2: I don't spin 'for a living', I spin because I want to.
