Yes, n00bs can do that stuff, and there is NO set level requirement for a n00b, n00bs can come in any level or armour, even though they are usually low leveled and wearing something similar to my n00b duplicate.

At this years xmas event i wasnt th eonly one who created several new charas and level to 41. believe me leveling in this game is the easiest thing ever. even weights and scripts can handle it.

1: Spinning isn't n00by, it requires the 4144 patch, and most n00bs have the original TMW.
2: I don't spin 'for a living', I spin because I want to.
