I lizard that weights 3 oz only needs a few grams of water to survive. A leaf full of water from the rains could keep a few dozen alive.
crabs and snails can do both salt and fresh, as with fish.
oh damn now you got me defending his problem.
Ask snoopy, he came up with the rules.

Fruit. Which you can juice for yourself then (most likely).

Fruit and fruit juice is not water.
Your body will become more dehydrated the more the eat or drink fruit.
If you are facing dehydration. The worst thing you can do is give yourself calories.
