You're correct, the community does need to be clear about this.

Especially those without common sense.

Community is aware on the same rules as GMs, I will be not writing you thick book with law and criminal procedures. Common sense is the key, if something is not clear you come to me.

Anyway I have already stated the guidelines concerning this issue, so further discussion is pointless.
