I'm using "Anagène" and "Philogène". I don't know if you have equivalent programs in english too since those are french programs afaik, and they are
awesome! However, I don't know if you actually look at and study a peptide sequence.

Just put the amino acids corresponding letters instead of the 3 letter code

. The message has an initiation codon and a termination codon. I think I didn't do anything wrong. I usually use some online programs when it comes to analyzing sequences.

Meh... I'm a bit lost. I do understand what you're saying but I'd rather like it to be in french

Even though Wikipedia isnt a 100% relyable source for now, you can find french pages about transcritpion/traduction. Else there still are biological school content easily available on the web.

Anyway, none of this genetic tools is related to the topic -.-'
My nucleotide post was meant it to be an answer to this topic... if you translate it correctly you'll understand
You just need a codon <-> amino acid table...

@Lizandra : yes you are right
Just allow me to make you notice : your twelfth codon isnt appropriate, should be UGT or UGC.
However, i really enjoyed this idea, hope you will be among the tree to win a special reward

Well, we obviously need it. If there was no trivia, I would never know that Mycorrhizic fungi play a crucial role in supplying the plant with Phosphate and nitrate ions, or how Marie Curie's parents called her when she was a child or the fact that platyna's favorite female poet is Sylvia Plath, among other things.

I fixed the typos. And the fact that there are typos means that the sentence is actually quite long. Try spending some time finding a sentence with good letters that fits.
The only conclusion that I can come to is that you can't have any unobtainable items in a trivia.
