After discussion, the GHP has decided:

Accounts used by rodrigo which cannot be identified with an email address are banned for 30 days, then returned to rodrigo.
Accounts used by rodrigo, and which have email addresses, are locked until a password reset is requested in the usual way. This will happen any time the password is requested (not 30 days).

Hello there

okay guys than i will wait 30 days. I opened new char name -Arian- with my real name and i will play with it for 1 month , when i get my char back i will transfer my items from pluto to Arian i also did with arian @email arian_milano@hotmail.com. I will keep pluto just for quests he is lvl 92. Now im playing with this char , and im sorry that i can't confirm that my brother did it , but now never will be any problem from my ip address, sorry again for that .
