I created it. I did use an existing image as a model/example, but that's as far as the relations go.

The depicted symbol is based on the mythological uroboros, which dates thousands of years back.

You can find the license in the file comment, it is CC BY-SA 4.0.

The image I modeled the badge after was not CC BY-SA and probably not compatible. That is also why I did not use it in my art. I only created new art that represents the uroboro symbol (which is not owned by anyone), and does bear resemblence to the image in question, but is not a modification of it and therefore I would not call it derivative work.

I would say that this case would be similar to someone submitting the Darth Vader mask - own art depicting something that already exists.

Furthermore, if CC BY-SA 4.0 is not usable, feel free to use CC BY-SA 3.0. Whatever copyleft works.

Ok, last thing for guild i need gms help. Because guilds invisible and i cant check is you in this guild or not.
Try catch any gm with guild rights and confirm what you in guild.

Got confirmation from guild captain Papzu, that devils crew want this badge.
