I did actually think that the the eyes could be smaller - less childlike - for a banker. A pixel row off the bottom? The brow could perhaps be less rounded, too.
Just had a hardware failure. No graphics programs on this machine to try it myself

I think too much of it is copied from other graphics and too few is new.
