GMs can increase stats outside of the normal experience system. I heard that a GM account was compromised, maybe that's what happened.

GM actions are not logged anywhere AFAIK.

go level dex to 99
-> reset
go level agi to 99
->reset
go level vit to 87
shouldn't be that difficult, as far as I know the top stats script only shows the all time all-time highs.

It is just as likely that the abnormal stats are the result of some bug the player stumbled upon accidently or abused intentionally.
Nevertheless that character should get a forced stat reset soon.

I don't know how that scripts sourcecode looks, but the money statistic does not behave that way, thus it would be unlikely that the stat statistics do.

no it shows everytime u change... cause i have a character i changed from 99 dex and now hes not in top anymore... and his name is after E

now i figured her stats out 63 str 99 agil 88 vit 11 int 99 dex 32 luck at level 85 that definately isnt fair those are hacker stats
