I think you should just let it go from this point. It's obvious this person is feeding off the attention you are giving them.

I would suggest you talk to a GM(in game) next time one is available and go from there. If it's in violation of the rules the GM's will handle it.

In the mean time, you've reported it in the abuse forum. Leave it there and enjoy yourself in game.

i have a good sugestion. make him killable and then, when he sit on the others, kill him.
