Trying to troll again? WOA is fine like TMW, and I don't see the need for a namechange.

The Mana World is a perfect name for the game, especially now seeing as how mages dominate with their lightning spell.

What is the point of making a fork if you cant bash the original game and call people elitist for no reason

How do we know they're doing it? IMO, if the server lets you pick it up, you should be allowed to.

Well auto-pickup nowadays means "pick the item iam standing on now!", so no harm is done. Earlier you could pick up all items on the map without moving.

But if it's constant, it's like a way of cheating at drop parties. You don't have to go z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z-z the whole time, which can really hurt your finger after a while.
There should be a server-defined time between each item you pick up - even if it's only .01 seconds, or .001 even.

I said, I changed my mind. The Mana World, albeit not the name I would have chosen, is a lot better than the names of most MMORPGs, and Runescape (one of the worst) has millions of players.

Auto pick up isn't illegal and shouldn't be because no one can tell. Only way to prevent it is by doing what Enchilado says (if possible, or something similar).

or you can hold down your pick up item button and walk using the mouse, it does the same thing.

I agree. I've seen people steal xp using the lightning spell and it would really make me upset to see auto pickup when its my monster that I fought...

Auto pick up doesn't remove drop protection.

Oh yeah... I forgot about that but if someone had auto pick up in a small drop party... well if it does what it does I dont think it will be fun...

As Don said you could always move with mouse and hold down your pick up button, but you're right. Still wouldn't be much fun.
