Sugar: just scroll down on the Post a Reply page and you should see an Upload Attachment pox. Hit browse and find the image you want to upload, add a File Comment and hit 'Add the File.' Once it's uploaded you can select the attachment at the bottom of the message input box and add it in a certain line, if you want, by hitting 'Add in Line.' Otherwise it will just show up as 'Attachments:' or something like that.
