I was not informed of the tree thingamabob doing healing: I was under the impression it chats back to you in the way some silly IRC bots do. Healing bots in towns reduce the intended downtime and/or cost resulting from death -> the tree either changes or goes.

Confused Tree's healing has been disabled... for a few days now. Tree has indeed returned to being a char that "chats back to you in the way some silly IRC bots do". I received a question today from the one that operates it about lowering its level to 1.

Confused Tree's healing, as stated in ... countless threads now ... was near the Menhir. XPs were not being gained. I also wanted to state that Tree's healing ceased during Hallowe'en Quest as XPs were being gained.

But ultimately I've seen its owner nearby most of the time. I can't give an exact percentage of that time because I've lost track.

It's been said again and again: Want to add a scripted player to the game? Then bring it to the game's Administration with a proposal.

Ah so you admit you knew about confused tree healing people, and I am sure you gave the owner ample opportunity to cease.....cause you know him.....was that opportunity given to wane?

From the post in response to the banning Wane was by the menhir, and XP were not being gained...and he was obviously present to get the screenshots....or is that not admisable by anyone but the GMs

I am sure that Wane was given the same considerations and opportunities to cease and desist just like Melkior the Confused Tree owner was.....Right?
I mean there is no favortism in TMW.......Right?

Wane deserves to be unbanned.......period not reset, just unbanned.
I am sure that he will cease if SOMEONE had the decency to tell him.

Like I said many times Doulos is a bias ban happy bully. Hopefully when Platyna reads this thread she will have wane unbanned as it is the "reasonable and logical" thing to do.

Doulos did right since he applied the rule. As I said to GMs they shouldn't be afraid to apply the rules.

This bot should be removed - healers are too important for RPG to be replaced by bots. Since this bot was bringing no real advantage to its owner what Doulos could do, but didn't had to, is to resort the ban after the owner of bot denies its removal.

Court house forum and GM forums is a place where doubts can be resolved and certain things to be corrected.

Due the reasons stated above this char should be unbanned, however it should abort his AFK healing activity.

Amuk, your continued attempts to turn the community against it management will fail, since justice and sober thinking works quite well here, not to mention our community members average IQ span seems to be quite too high to follow spam, slander and insults.
