Few remarks on this after more thorough investigation:
1) User Hero of still has been on bot for some reason. Actually removed, as requested.
2) I've detected reason why you can't add items: wrong nickname been added (exact nick spelling is important, e.g. upper/lower case).
Removed: Hero Of Mana. Added: Hero of Mana.

You can verify your access to bot now.
