Looks like a failed update. When another user complains about that, tell him to restart the client and make sure the updates completed successfully. I would also appreciate it when you would set up your own support forum instead of posting here.

Tarq had the same problem on auldsbel. It seems that there was a mismatch between server version, and content. after server re-compiling all worked fine.
