poll reopened due to lack of consensus on how to deal with the sockpuppet.

This poll is reopened partly due to my own request. What has happened is that the most infamous scammer of TMW history decided it was a good idea to vote for me twice. Sockpuppeting is against the rules, and since it is my hope that i will never have to GM him again I would like the bar to be raised to 47 votes for me, so that none of the sockpuppeting votes counts towards me being a GM.
