I agree with Matt. 
It's a website, eventhough it's nothing more then a forum, and on top of that it's Brasilian and not officially supported. Sounds like a Brasilian fansite to me.

my vision also is this, does not need to be a vestibule to be a site. any content of the WEB is a website, then a forum is a site and soon, mine it is a Fansite

You should organize yourself better. You should try to get some people together (i would start with asking guildleaders and their most trusted members) and set up a page with a content management system everyone in your team can access so the whole site doesn't break down when one important person loses interest.
