Hi there

I am a little afraid of what i read concerning taking screenshots and telling this one is a botter and so on or whatever goes against the rules (and every game has its rules and they must be followed).
No bots, English speaking in public places, respect and good spirit...
There are rules and they have to be followed... And I really appreciate the work all the GM team does. Sincerely.

So these ideas following here are just some humble and modest remarks and additions to the conversation...
I am just a player in the game.
How many times do I stand on a spot and nobody talks for minutes... and on a spot you sometimes don't move for more than 10 minutes. Even people I usually play with : P (I was going to say friends and the relation is getting in that direction)

How many times do i miss on a spot some sentences because of the numerous Server message when you pick up items and the whispers i get or send and the sentences some players throw around.
My window chat is pretty small so that i see 4-5 lines and how many times do i receive a message with 6-7 lines
How many times don't i say a word because conversation is not of my business or interest?
How many times do i "forget" to say "hi" when someone arrives on a spot or "wb" when he-she comes back after he-she died?
…

Questions that flew in my mind while i was playing as a newbie and after (and I still consider myself a newbie : P )
Who are the GM?
What GM means?
How can I talk with them (I think I heard about /whisper when I was lvl 30 or something like that : P )?

Reading people saying on a spot "this one is a botter take a screenshot ! !" and so on annoys me more than the botter himself.
People lacking of respect mobbying to have this or that (and some might be veteran playing and having fun around) upset me more than a young guy.
People going around with a vision of the game like professional thief (not killing monsters but spending their time picking up items) well you finally get use to it.
People that don’t say anything on spot and! suddenly! appears a GM and you have some "hi" "hey" and so on appearing like miracles and so many you can’t read them because of emo explosion… (Does that mean people are scared to be compared to botters? …)
And thinking about GM must be hard sometimes to deal with that (well part of the job and they qualify instead of what I imagine they would not be in that position)… poor Gm must be hard sometimes.

So

Actual GM (and I only know 3 active) do what they can, the best they can and in a good spirit. Fair spirit and I trust them. I like their attitude in general.

Isn’t the response in providing GM with tools that allows them to identify people with same IPs and so on used on irc chans (idle tools in chats windows… I don’t know and can’t build those solution I’m not a dev)

Spirit is the key ? Sharing the same spirit ? on worldwide basis… utopical… well I often talk with people from spain brasil us Canada germany Australia and we all share the same vision and spirit of the game.
I just hope we don’t get to lose some part of this spirit

Why not helpers and GM?…
- Helpers would be helping people and spreading the spirit et moderate with kick power.
- GM would do so and have the power of ban and kill.
Less pression on TMW
More spirit in TMW

Of course it depends on the quality of helpers in consideration of not having the “big head” and just show around with uniforms and teaching people how to behave. More people in the empathic and responsible way I imagine.
I am not of course talking about assisting players or taking only with beginners.

Just thoughts and suggestion to open the conversation
