but it is difficult for the player who doesn't know english so much (like me) to speak a lot of words.
We cannot speak English so that you cannot speak a foreign language.

The "Speak In English In Public" rule is applying as soon as there is a group of players gathering at the same place. So if you want to talk in your native tongue, do it in whispers or in a place where no one will disturb your conversation or be disturbed by it. I am not an English native speaker myself

I've found a perfect training area for a little while until I go back to Sea Slimes, but whenever I head to Sea Slimes there's always 6+ people talking portuguese, It annoys me.

It's not an opinion, It's a rule, This rule was made last week I think.
