I registered via the website and cannot login. I get the unregistered ID error. My username is lincoln.

I've rewritten the broken script, so there is a possibility that the automatic registration will start working again. Of course, if I broke something new ...

For accounts that have been activate manually, this *might* mean an email with a dummy error message, depending on whether the admins updated the state manually or just created.

o11c's script appears to work perfectly. Full credit to him for solving this complicated problem!

If the new script continues to work without evident problems, there will no longer be a need for this thread. I suggest it be deleted after 24 hours pass with no further reports of missing accounts.

There is nothing wrong with the script anymore. Your account has the state flag set as if it has been created - just try logging in.
