Cool though, from dexterity I was still thinking from the warriors side in terms of chance to hit in which case the monster would have a dodge bonus at close range. (Might be something like:)

Though to be honest I guess my idea is hardly necessary as no archer'd really try to hit close up anyway.

I think also making new weapons will help also
