Go back to the fork and take the tunnel north. Head down the stairs.

You see here 3 goblins. The goblin picks up an iron skull cap. The goblin picks up a crude dagger. The goblin equips an iron skull cap. The goblin picks up a crude dagger. The goblin equips a crude dagger.
