1) The Arrow Rain spell was added to the game so that people could use it. It is not against the rules to do so.

2) Put Particle Detail on minimum.

3) Put up with the lag, or go away.

4) Should Delasia be doing Spawn Parties anyway?

Wow, did you know you can get that dog in Age of Empires III? Yeah, you have to place a unit in the Scenario Editor, select it, then Replace Unit. It's called Fluffy, so hit F and scroll down. Its description is: "No, we didn't make it up. We sort of wish we had."

You can also get The Tommynator, the Mediocre Bombard and George Crushington in-game, as well as Big Andy, the Learicorn, Lazerbear and I think a couple of others in the editor. Remember that you have to Replace Unit to get cheat units in the Scenario Editor, and both The Tommynator and Big Andy are listed under M: MonsterTruckA and MonsterTruckT.
