After the investigation and the discussion GHP decided to reject this poll due to proven, multiple, cases of sock puppeting.
In this case the community has the right to create another poll for this person. If he wins in a legitimate voting his candidature will be reviewed by GHP again.
Remember that we can detect sock puppeting, also remember that in the cases of constant infringement of this forum rules, it will be closed.
One person has one vote, and a person means a human being not a forum account.
