He was talking about stuff in the inventory, not the equipment window. As the equipment doesn't have five rows. I see though he meant the easter egg instead of the shortsword. Confusing he switched the order of row and column.

Yes, I was talking about the standard headbang and the easter egg. Since no monsters drop them and we can't buy them anywhere, where did they appear from? How did he got those items?

Headband in an Event (Summer 2005)
and easter eggs in Easter-Relasese 2005 (I think?) or maybe in a early version <0.0.10

iirc, you can also get eggs randomly in exchange for monster points.
