I have a seller account but I can not add anything.
Try to add something and this is what I get "you have no free slot, remove item to open a slot".
!info gives me "access level 5, 0gp to collect, 0 items listed, and 0 free slots".
It has been a while since I have sold anything with ManaMarket.

This usually means that an item you've left for sale on the ManaMarket has been moved to storage (after a period of inactivity), to make room for other players. You'll have to contact Frost in-game to get this sorted out. I'll be sure to let him know about this issue, too (in case he doesn't check this thread).
