I think Wolfester must be banned for spanish in Tulimsar on the square. It's public place. 5 unit: speaking English in public chat. Arguments:

Dark_Mag must be banned for GM imposting in his avatar

that's not spanish!!!... anyway... why you are bothering with each people that talk another language?

Players do not have to listen to other players. If you think the offense is serious enough please use the @wgm command to alert any online GM to the issue.

And Dark_Mag, you might want to change your forum avatar, as you are not a GM on this server.
