I don't think that these tiles really work together well. The wood color of the pier is too different from the color of the other wood in the tileset. But fixing that won't take longer than a few minutes in GIMP.

I agree, docks are too light. The walk along the sea edge has an odd transition from the pavement.

Another side-note, the rope that is lowest on the screen (behind/aft of Gemma) is the only place it looks acceptable. on the pavement, too choppy. In the middle of the dock, too much like an item that can be picked up.

I know a lot of this is incomplete, these were just things I thought might have been considered complete.

To my untrained eyes the difference in colour of the wood is fine - different types of wood are, after all, different colours.

The dock would look better is it had a shadow blue between the planks, instead of just white.

Crude hack job...

Thanks for your comments.

About the wooden that not fit: for now, it's just a brutal copy/paste of Fother's tileset. I will try to recolor it asap.

Tilesets used here:
- Fother's docks (done, need adaptation)
-building + pavements (done)
-add ons (not done, especially tiles with red crosses)

Also, we need some sea tiles.
and others add ons
