mic polska was banned (24h) for spamming, even after he was warned (twice.)

This is not the first time when "mic polska" is spamming. I warn him a couple times. Notice that I'm not so frequent in game.

yes i, i have seen him before, but its usually when im checking my logs after being afk.

he was banned this time and next time i witness it, it will be longer then an hour.
