I've recently updated to 0.0.17, and found that the F5 key now pops up the Skills window, instead of sitting. Having done my homework, and searched the forum for any reference to this, but still found nothing .
Also I read the Commands help, looking for any changes, but it still states that F5 gets the character to sit.

Sorry, you have to delete the update-0.0.16-1.zip from your updates directory. It is overriding the new command help with the old one. We still have to fix the client to unload old updates, or not to load them at all.
