One Hour Ban

I have been banned for one hour for spamming. I agree with the rule, but i was lagging and trying to cast a spell. It seems as though there is something that could be done about this. I will sit out my allotted time, no complaint, however I would ask that spell 'spam' be overlooked like trade spam.

When I first started out (2 weekends ago) I tried some magic spells and they didn't seem to work (hey, I am still a n00b so I repeated it several times but when I saw the message about being banned for spamming if I would continue with this way of doing things I scratched my head and asked someone in town. And doing something else for a little bit removed the warning for a pending ban.

Assuming this is the case for everyone (and why should it not be)... you got a fair warning and should have acted accordingly

No I do not think it needs changing. If anything it needs to stay the same and bans for trade spamming should be inforced more

you are infact a noob. I have the 4144 patch that allows for hotkeyed spells. I hit the button too fast for me to notice the warning. I didnt haveto type anything. Furthermore, trade is an integral part of the game. If trade spam is a problem, we need a place for trading. Mentioning every 10 minutes that i have something for sale doesnt cut it. I dont mention it repeatedly in a short amount of time, however stating it every couple of minutes is no big deal. Also there is no auto ban for 'trade' spam. There shouldnt be for spells. Period.

Sookill crashed my client once by sending me hundreds of trade requests a second.

Just wait the hour. The same happened to me and I just waited. It's not worth going to all this trouble.

Sookill is a spammer and hacker. He spammed Enchilado and hacked me a while back. he sucks
