Try to dye something first.

i already dye a lot of things, i have all the colored outfits

He was making a joke. That it cannot be TMW server unless English is forced down everyone's throat. And you should be ashamed to speak anything but English, anywhere. Even your own clients.

Make sure you're trying to dye an item that you have.
