Malsor started tradespamming me for no reason. When I went away he followed and continued.

Malsor has been Banned for disrupting the game play of other players.
The ban will run for 28 days, there is no reset available on this ban.

No, there will be no unban. You have to wait 28 days until the ban is lifted automatically.

Hmmmmm..
I think your player have just ban for 28day and you lvl and item are not reset.
