Unfortunately eAthena is pretty limited in regard to what items can do.

But there should be code somewhere for poisoning and status-effect inflicting arrows.

It should be noted that the version of eAthena TMW uses is drastically different from the current maintained version of eAthena. So no promises that anything from eathena.ws will even work with our version.
