There is a nice function implemented in the client, right click on the player and you will see a button, called "Ignore player".

The ignore function would work well in this case. If you want immediate GM intervention in these situations try @wgm to see if any of us are on (which you may have tried Freya).

Otherwise, as we all know this is not a discussion forum...
