Ok, I noticed many things that I could not explain, since the easterquest is online:

Ok, here the problems:

- Losing connection every few minutes
- Client freezing all the time (but might be a client problem - 4144)
- Doctor is too random in appearing and vanishing: mostly hopping between the stones and the tree, staying at that "potion spot" for just a few seconds, not appearing at the "kind-of-riddle-spot" at all anymore.
- At least the potion part ist much too random, you are losing items in too huge amounts, but as this it the only third spot where it appears at all you have to do it.... solution?
- Doctor disappears after clicking
- What purpose does that weird enemy have? the black one, killing everyone and dieng randomly?....
- at the stones, where Freeyorp said that you can be sent back by the doctor, this option is not available. At least not when I click him there.

- Client freezing all the time (but might be a client problem - 4144) - I use that client, it freezes at most connection losses

Client freezing and disconnects it's server bugs.
It's depend on player actions. in some clients you can trigger bug more quckly.
Now you cant sit, very quck moving, cant quck pickup, may be other, i not tested all.

I think this bugs from baggy packet limiter. Event not depend on this limiter.

I got disconnects without moving or any actions.

It's definitely the server causing the disconnects.

The server now kicks extremely abusive clients that send it packets at an insane rate. In patched clients this affects fast sit, hammering on the emote keys, casting a crapload of spells at once, and other things. Unpatched clients behave themselves and don't spam the server with a bajillion packets per second, and work fine.

Actualy it drop packets from all clients, about kicks i dont know.
Look like packet limiter work against players, and may be can protect server from spam, may be not
