Tons of patience. If your getting low on cash, just try 1-50 waters. You'll eventually get it. But I'm sure someone in game would be more than willing to help you out.

Cash? Can I buy something on the doctor's island - water that is? I can get potions from the mushrooms and crystals from the Fallen, but my water is running out...

Hum, well, I thought I would not be able to return to this place once I left it?! The black rose is gone.

If you still have you dark petal you are able to warp to Hurn by using #alonzialonzo at the start point of doctors world and you are able to return to doctors world from everywhere by using #alozialonzo, too.

Hmm, well, I don't own the petal anymore but I didn't give it away - so I presume it was taken away automatically. Seems that I am stuck as soon as I am out of water. Anyone who sometime could visit me from the "real" world, selling me some water? And maybe potions and dark crystals as well - takes ages to get them.
