Can somebody tell me what comand "/ignore" makes? Yes, it's putting player to ignore list, but what is it making to bot, spammer and hacker? For example "spammer": he's spamming all day long, I put him to ignore list and...? He's continue spamming... Also command "nuke" in official client I can't use...

nuke system isn't in official client.
and to put on ignore, right click on the person you want to ignore, and select.

I think what Dark_Mag is trying to do is start a discussion about the usefulness of the ignore feature.

The ignore feature is a useful tool to deal with people who annoy you personally. But when you witness someone breaking the game rules you should additionally report this to the GM team. You can do that during the game by using the @wgm command in the chat bar. That way you can whisper to every GM who is online. Example:
