Uhh, what quest does Rauk provide over and over for exp? ( Dark Green dye is one time only, is it not? )

Yes, but it's a re-doable quest (second time around it requires leaves) and from what I've read it still gives 20k every time.

The second time you just get the dye, and no experience points.
