paTROLLindeeznutz (not sure about all the spaces and capitals) likes to crash peoples clients, mainly mine.

He just sends a whisper and them my client crashes.

Please ban this player, I will get screenshots if required.

EDIT: Just found out Mistakes owned the player, even got a screenie to prove it.

EDIT 2: Torify also crashed me, yay...

Necromokron: try to disable the colour's on the chat to avoid being kicked, it worked to me. (Chat settings in 4144).

We are working to prevent this as well, but for now we can only ban them when we notice, and a whisper is too hard to prove.

I think english colored text cant crash client. (Only this text in screenshort)

No colored text can crash the client; several people talk with colors, the only possible color is rainbow 1, 2, and 3.

Uh, yeah, you can crash the client with enough symbols from the F1,F2,F3,etc keys and rainbow colour.

When someone could report an exact string which manages to crash the client to the development team it would help us a lot to find the reason and thus a solution for this bug.

It isn't an exact string, it's just the symbols you can get from the F1,F2,etc keys in Rainbow1/2/3 colour.

I've managed to crash myself that way

Maybe if those symbols were removed, it could fix the issue.
I mean, they aren't very necessary in chat...

I use the 4144 client, but I'm not sure about others.

Sorry for the double post, but to any GM's reading this:

MrWHo claims to have given you 'evidence' that i sent the crash message in public chat about 10 times.
If he is actually telling the truth, I would like to see that evidence.

No Nekro, you tried to crash the troll (Necromoron) with the string, you made that clear in the chat. (Always when needed I forget to make a screeny)

@Freeyorp about the string:
##1a##2b##3c##4d##5e##6f##7g
and so on... do that often enough and it crashes. the F keys are not very important because the client crashes from the color stuff. Tried that out.
