Two things i saw. Town center isnt a good place for it. Many of the replies would break rule one, if a player had said it.

Fun and totally harmless, don't see why it shouldn't be approved.
It's likely to get killed in a random PVP event once in a while, which is why quizzy lives indoors.

After looking through the (massive) amount of changes you made, it seems fine (as long as it is only those particular changes you're using and not all of them
