Well i havent play a loooong time ago and when i put my pass its said ID Unregistered.
but i have been playing this since a while....any help whit this? please.

Make sure you use the right capitalization on the account name.

Capitalization? you mean the right words/ letters?
Because i tried whit Min. and Mayus.
Hmm maeby my account was stole.

I mean "Account" instead of "account" or "aCount". The wrong capitalization can break it.

I download the lastet version and since i put Remember user name the last time i played, my ID was already there...so i didn't make any change at all.

old accounts are purged after 6 months of inactivity.

hmmm...is there an option to getting them back?

We haven't purged recently. If you last used your account 7 months ago, it should still be present.

As for account name, the server is quite weird with this. If only one account has a name like that, then capitalization doesn't matter. But when another account comes along with different capitalization, then it starts mattering....

Here is a link to the list of accounts and characters that was deleted in the last purging. As it occured in October of last year, your account should be untouched.

Fou-lu, PM Platyna your problem before you completely give up. Not sure if she can help you with your password, but she might confirm your username. This I am uncertain of, but it is worth a try, at least.
