It says on the Wiki that you can buy the Terranite chest armor and helmet.

Where do I go to buy it?

You cant buy it, but you can make it. Although you need to be level 80+...

Sorry, foxmajik. I added it to the item list before posting information about how to make it.
It's a crafting quest, much like armor from the blacksmith. You need terranite ore and coal.

Then the wiki has to be edited,I think.It is a quest item.I thought "Buyable items" are only the items that can be bought from NPCs.

"Buyable items" mean you can buy it from a NPC .
