my wife entered a /who command and her carector keeps comin up with a error evry time she trys to log in what has happened please fix fast it was a high lvl charetor with lots of stuff. thanx

/commands should be disabled because they cause you to be banned. Anyway the ban only lasts 5 minutes, so you should be able to connect again later. Tell me if it is not and I'll check what's wrong.
