I thought it would be great if we could get some unique food and drinks items to be served at the grave yard inn.

If anyone feels inspired to contribute, I need:
- item name
- icon graphics
- effect ideas
- price

Even just concepts for foods/drinks would help a lot.

i will see what i can come up with...
zombie nachos are ok ...and maybe just the brains ...chili is good as well..

There was a fun discussion on food items for the gy inn on irc. We decided on a comedic theme for all the dishes

lady finger sandwiches
tomb-ato and lettuce on dye
slime jell-o
Potato crypts
Stake and grave-y
bonemeal
worm spaghetti

thanks enchilado and salmondine for the great ideas. Now we just need the graphics and the food effect to be determined.

A drink idea/description:
"A well-aged wine... with plenty of body, of corpse."

Wow those lady finger sandwiches look spooky. Great job!!

tomato and lettuce sandwich (on rye bread)
jell-o (you never had jello before?) Its a brand of gelatin, basically just make slime cubes in a bowl.
Potato Chips (maybe make the the bowl containing the chips look like a mini coffin)
Stake and gravy should be obvious, a plate of meat with sauce on it (maybe make the meat and sauce look raw??)

Anything people come up with that is grave yard themed will work, it doesn't have to be the ones listed.

Concept skull mug

The suggestions were great, too bad there is only one finished piece (thanks ChefChelios). I would like to have the following:

food:
1. slime-jell-ahh
2. snapple

drink:
1. finish the skull mug, and add some drink in it (brain buster brew)
2. beetle juice (in a glass instead of a bottle)
3. a wine glass or martini glass with dye-able liquid (will be used for blood wine)

Here is a quick attempt to modify the bottle into a glass. I just wanted to give an idea of what is needed, I am sure a proper pixel artist can clean it up or redo it from scratch.

I think your beetle juice looks great as is... =]
it also recolors quite well IMO
Question: Are any of these items going to be drops? or sold only... ie inventory icons...
also are any food items needed for map fringe objects?
I ask because inventory icons usually are not true 45 perspective and a drop probably should/could be. I mean you know.

Anyway the wine dyes and the glasses remain the same...Blood Wine =]
