Any problems with the current gms?

GMs are unpaid volunteers. You can't expect to have a GM online 24/7 in a non-commercial game.

But when there aren't any GMs online and you need an announcement I would recommend you to ask on our IRC channels. A lot of developers can do announcements but are rarely in the game. It is quite likely to catch one on IRC at any time of the day.

Another precaution when you are planning something important is to tell the game masters several days in advance (again, irc can be useful here). That way they can make sure that someone is online at that date to help you.
