Mercenaries?

Most of all know what mercenaries are. Not only in games but they existed hundreds of years ago in wars. Mercenaries are hired people that have neutral position on all side and can be hired by armies and fight for them, but they have no loyality, they go to the side which pays better. So there came an idea, mercenaries on tmw? That would be awesome. I formed a clan called the Mercenaries who a lot of people joined and left. There are special costs depending on what type the hired mercenarie is
For example the cost of a half hour depending by a:
Warrior:
Tank warrior who cant be crited and can withstand a lot of damage and who is above level 70, COST: 10k
Tank warrior who can withstand a good amount of damage and is above level 60, COST: 5k
Archer:
Archer with Maxed out dexterty and agility who has good tactic and most advanced items and is above level 70, COST: 10k
Pretty good archer with good ammount of dexterty and agility with good items who is above level 60, COST: 5k
Mage:
Awesome ingrav and healer mage who has an undepleted resource of stuff he needs and maxed out intelligence and is above lvl 70, Cost: 12k
Basic mage who is good healer and sometimes flar-ingrav atacks and has good ammount of intelligence and is above lvl 60, COST:6k
The ideas came from me but they didnt work as planned, many joined but people owe me a high ammount of money that they trick us and never pay.
So if the mercenary plan goes good im asking the GMs here to get it official and make rules about not paying and if there should be mercenaries, than only by his original creator. Im not being selfish because i only organize and select the mercenaries which some request to hire, and i dont get any percent of the money he is payed, but people always know that the party is open and all above lvl 60 are welcome and im asking for rules that dont allow other fake mercenary parties that may have negative impression in this game.
I hope the mercenary plan goes well, that this will be official.
Remember, all are welcome, its a good way to make money, and good way to help each other.
